The erosion-wear experiments on 40Cr and 45# steel were performed with simulating the actual working conditions,the rules between impacting speed and erosion wear were studied combining micro-fluidic boundary layer theory,the relationship between impacting speed and erosion wear was analyzed and the mathematical relationship between them was derived.

又称传质边界层,当流体与它所流过的固体表面之间,因浓度差而发生质量传递时,在固体表面附近形成的具有浓度梯度的薄层。这是对流传质过程阻力所在的区域,传质边界层之外,浓度梯度可以忽略,可视为浓度均匀,不存在传质阻力。浓度边界层是流动边界层概念在流体组成非均匀情况下的推广,运用浓度边界层的特性,可简化对流扩散方程,确立浓度分布,求得传质分系数,以方便对流传质的计算。浓度边界层概念是研究对流传质的理论基础。
对于有传质情况的流动,表面上存在两个边界层(见图):即厚度为δ的流动边界层和厚度为δc的传质边界层,两者的关系为:
