制作:
(1)将红萝蔔、香菇洗净切丝,大蒜洗净切末备用。
(2)虾米泡水30分钟至膨胀备用。
(3)热油锅将大蒜末放入爆香。
(4)放入香菇丝、肉丝、虾米、红萝蔔丝炒熟。
(5)加入所有调味料一起煮3~5分钟。
(6)再将油面放入锅中,以筷子辅助拌匀面和调味料。
(7)加入豆芽菜炒至水分收乾即可。
