抱膝 医疗器械名。髌骨骨折整复固定之用。见《医宗金鉴》卷八十七。又名行箝。多用竹或铁丝编制，或以橡皮条制成。其形为较大于髌骨之圆卷状，在圆卷四周各有一小足连接，圆卷与小足均以纱布缠裹。髌骨折复位后固定时，以圆卷套于髌骨之四围，以四小足插于膝关节之两侧，然后所缚于腘部置软垫之木板上，用以限制膝关节特别是髌骨之活动，使之不再移位而愈合。
