“白杨-m”(ss-27)地对地洲际弹道导弹
俄罗斯最新一代地对地洲际弹道导弹,又称pc-12m型导弹,北约称为ss-27。它是“北杨”(ss-25)的改进型,是21世纪俄罗斯战略核力量的支柱装备,将替换俄罗斯陆基战略核力量现有的6种导弹。1993年4月开始研制,1994年12月首次试射,1998年12月服役。已部署40枚,计划至2010年前共部署300-350枚。该型导弹为三级固体燃料单弹头式洲际弹道导弹,采用星光惯性制导。弹长22.7米,弹径1.95米,起飞重量47.2吨,投掷重量1200公斤,爆炸当量55万吨tnt,最大射程10500千米,命中精度小于90米。部署方式为地下井或公路机动。俄军方称其技术性能和作战效能要比美国现役陆基洲际弹道导弹领先5-8年,可穿透现有任何一种反导弹防御系统。
