注意事项：
1.胃肠道反应有食欲减退、恶心、呕吐、腹泻、口腔炎、口腔溃疡。 2.骨髓抑制：致使白细胞和血小板下降，严重者可有全血象抑制。 3.少数病人有肝功能损害，可出现黄疸；敏感病人可有血尿酸过高、尿酸结晶尿及肾功能障碍。 4.可见体位性低血压；偶有腮腺肿胀、转氨酶增高。 5.肝功能不良者及孕妇慎用。
