性质: 连接金属板时,金属板上预先涂布胶黏剂,贴合后,进行点焊,以粘接和焊接两者结合保持连接强度所使用的胶黏剂。点焊应力集中被胶黏剂分散,因而使疲劳特性提高;而粘接常需用夹具固定进行固化,与焊接并用可克服这个缺点。而且还具有连接处的密封防腐性能好、点焊数减少等优点。胶接点焊工艺常用在汽车、飞机、电机生产上。工艺上也常采用先点焊后灌胶的方法。胶黏剂多用环氧树脂胶黏剂,也用丙烯酸酯、有机硅凝胶等。
