性质:硫含量≤0.03%时的生铁。无论炼钢生铁或铸造生铁都希望硫的含量低,因为硫对绝大多数钢种都是有害元素,分布在钢的晶界的网状硫化物会恶化钢的力学性能。对于铸造生铁,硫会阻碍球墨铸铁中石墨的球化。因此,铸造用生铁按硫的含量不同分为三类,最好的是一类(≤0.03%),三类为0.05%~0.06%。
