性质:高温下能阻止或减少氧化气氛对材料表面氧化的涂层总称。按其抗氧化作用的时效和被保护基体抗氧化的要求,分为暂时性抗氧化和长期抗氧化涂层两类。按其组成,有硅化物涂层、铝化物涂层、高温搪瓷涂层、高温烧结涂层等。涂层的保护作用是由于涂层是一个能阻止氧化气氛扩散的阻挡层。这类涂层可使工件能在原先不能工作的环境中使用,或可延长工件的使用寿命。
