性质: 一种短纤维增强材料。这种增强体与纤维短切毡不同,其纤维的排布均沿同一方向成束状。当每根短纤维都保证大于其临界长度时,从总体上讲其增强效果与连续纤维相近。如体积分数为58%的AS-4连续纤维增强PEEK在常温下的拉抻强度为1677MPa,不连续长纤维的常温拉伸强度为1615MPa。这种增强体适于制作形状较为复杂的复合材料构件,不致在弯角处发生屈曲。
