【原料】
1、海带半斤，切宽条，在沸水锅中煮软。
2、熟芝麻两匙。
3、料酒一大匙。
4、油辣椒一大匙。
5、盐适量。
【做法】
1、锅中放油烧至六成热，将煮软的海带下锅用中火炸一分钟。
2、用漏勺将海带捞起沥干油。
3、装碗里，放入料酒、油辣椒、盐、熟芝麻，喜欢味精的可放适量味精，拌匀即可食用。
