| 乙酰胺 acetamide 乙酸中的羟基被氨基取代而生成的化合物 。分子式CH3CONH2 。无色晶体。熔点82.3℃，沸点221.2℃，相对密度0.9986（85／4℃）。溶于水和乙醇。极纯的乙酰胺没有气味，商品乙酰胺有臭味，这是含有少量杂质的缘故。具有酰胺的一般性质 。工业上乙酰胺是由乙酸胺在150～200℃加热失水制备。广泛用作有机物和无机物的溶剂。具有微弱碱性，可做清漆、炸药和化妆品的抗酸剂。还可作染色的润湿剂、塑料的增塑剂，也是制造药物和杀菌剂的原料。乙酰胺氯化或溴化生成的N-卤代乙酰胺，是有机合成的卤化试剂。 |
