水质浓度控制(concentrationcontrolofwaterquality)参照水环境质量标准，统一规定排入水体的水污染物浓度的水质管理。凡在环境中能蓄积并对人体健康有长远影响的污染物，如汞、锦、砷、铬、铅，其排放要求按车间排出浓度的上限为水环境质量标准的10倍。对影响较小或较易分解凈化的污染项目，则要求按工厂总排出口浓度的上限为水环境质量标准的10~100涪。
