Under the different edge press and counter force,the process of the fine-blanking of the 45steel round disk with depth 3mm and diameter 18mm was simulated by the FEM software Deform 3D.
建立了V形齿圈压边精密冲裁的有限元模型,分别选用不同的压边力和反顶力,使用Deform 3D有限元软件,对材料为45钢、板厚为3mm、直径为18mm的圆盘落料件精冲过程进行了模拟,并总结了压边与反压力对于精冲件质量的影响。
