Based on the analysis to the literatures on laminar metal multiple plate,this thesis introduces the fundamentals of the new multiple technologies,including brazing and soldering rolled method,SHS method,pack rolling method,PPR method,ARB method and PIT method,and so on,and some new multiple plate produced by the new technologies from domestic and abroad.
本文在对国内外层状金属复合板生产研究文献查阅分析的基础上,着重介绍了钎焊热轧法、燃烧合成轧制法、包套轧制法、PPR方法、ARB方法、PIT方法等复合新工艺基本工作原理,以及目前国内外应用各种新工艺所生产研究的新材料复合板,同时分析了复合板生产存在的问题,展望了复合板生产工艺的发展方向。

For the need of the low heat input welding,authors designed the special welding wire motion and current wave.
根据低热输入焊接法的需要,设计了特殊的焊丝运动形式,配合专门设计的电流波形,通过A/D采样及校正、软件变参数积分分离的PI调节、D/A转换器等对输出的焊接参数进行了精确控制,实现了对焊接电流输出波形的准确控制。
