建立与近无余量精确成形技术相适应新的涂料系列——大力开发有机和无机系列非占位涂料,用于精确成形铸造生产。对单件小批量生产精密铸件用的金属型、热芯盒及模具等开发自硬转移涂料,对精密砂芯开发微波硬化的转移涂料,为提高汽车缸体缸盖重要铸件内腔尺寸精度和表面质量,解决铸钢件壳型铸造中粘砂、表面粗糙等问题,推广非占位涂料或高渗透、薄层涂料技术与覆模砂技术的结合应用。

    加强涂料性能及其胶体化学、流变学的基础研究,开展涂层微波、远红外等干燥硬化工艺的研究,开发并制定涂料用原材料及性能的检测方法(包括测试仪器)和标准,建立其信息数据库。
