JIS drum test

  JIS zhuangu shiyanJ‘转鼓试验(J 15 drum test)日本工业标准(JIS)规定的测定焦炭转鼓强度的方法。JE规定,焦炭转鼓强度试验可选用JIS转鼓或ASTM转鼓。(见AsTM转鼓试验)Jls转鼓是用厚9~钢板制成的封闭型圆筒,鼓的内径为1500~、长为1500~,鼓内壁周长上相隔60。沿鼓长方向安装六块宽250~、厚9~、长1500~的提料板。转鼓侧壁开有6个取送焦样用的带盖的孔。转鼓转速为15r/而n,每次试验转30转或150转。入鼓焦样为IOkg大于50~(方孔筛)的焦炭。旋转后的焦炭用soX5o、25X25、15X15nun三种方孔筛过筛,得到>50mm、25一50mm、15~25~和<15~四个粒级的筛分组成,以相应粒级的累计百分率表示焦炭机械强度指标,〔表l)并规定15~筛孔以上各级焦炭的累计百分率,在两次平行试验中,结果之差不大于表2所列数值。标准中同时 表1 Jls转鼓指标廿布一 表ZJ‘转鼓试验允许误差价州卜规定了旅炭机械强度划分的等级(表3)。 表3J‘转鼓试验的焦炭机械强度等级洲塔气冲洲器生 (张孝天)
