性质: 又称双马来酰亚胺三嗪树脂,顺丁烯二酰亚胺三嗪树脂或BT树脂。由双马来酰亚胺与芳族二氰酸酯的混合物在高温下成环,形成含三嗪和二嗪环的交联结构。辛酸锌和叔胺可用作成环反应催化剂。成型加工性与环氧树脂相似。调节两组分比例,或加入环氧树脂、丙烯酸酯、三烯丙基异氰脲酸酯共聚,可改变树脂的性能。主要用于制造耐高温多层印制电路覆铜板。
