的百分率)适宜值对气体嫩料来讲可能需要10%~15%,对徽细煤粉可能是15写~z0%。煤粉细度根据有限示范试验,9如m筛余量不宜超过3%~5%。老机组改造时的主要问题是飞灰可燃物难免有所增加(旋风炉影响不大);如煤灰熔融性温度偏低,需考虑炉内还原气氛会促进结渣,而煤含硫量高时需注意炉管外表面是否会产生高温腐蚀。 三级燃烧的设计也可采取每只主嫩烧器火炬各自分级的独立布置方式,如图4所示。全炉多只对冲布置J.式旋流主燃烧器,在每只主燃烧器之上布置有两只再嫌煤粉喷口,更上部布里OFA喷口;主燃烧器自身左右和下方也有自己的分级风喷口。该炉燃用烟煤并接烧贫煤,NO,排放浓度在400mg/m3(标)以下。
