【B股交易方式】以《深圳证券交易所B股交割、清算业务规则》为例，B股的交易方式分集中交易和对敲交易两种。B股对敲交易按交易所有关规定执行，B股集中交易采用电脑自动撮合的交易方式。电脑自动撮合交易程序如下: 1.电脑交易的买卖申报由终端机输人，限当日有效。 2.买卖申报的输人，自开市前半小时进行。 3.买卖申报应依序逐笔输人证券商代号、输入序号、委托书编号、委托种类、证券代号、单价、数量、买卖类别、输人时间。但交易所可视需要而增减。输入序号，证券商应依接单顺序，按每部终端机分别编定，不得跳号。 4.买卖申报传输至交易所电脑主机接受后，由参加买卖的特许证券经营机构的印表机打印买卖申报回报单。 5.买卖申报仅限价申报一种。 6.证券商查询其未成交的买卖申报，应经由终端机进行。 7.申请撤销买卖申报时应经由终端机撤销。申请变更买卖申报时，除减少申报数量外，应先撤销原买卖申报，再重新申报。 B股的买卖申报经交易所电脑主机接受后，按买卖申报的顺序和“三优先”原则自动撮合成交。买卖一经成交，即经由参加买卖的证券商的印表机列印成交回报单。 深圳证券交易所B股集中交易的规定主要有:初次上市证券竞价买卖时，按申报买卖B股的数量及价格决定其开盘价格，申报买卖B股的数额须为一个交易单位或其整数，每一交易单位为2(XX)股，简称为一手;申报买卖B股的价格以一股为准，以人民币计价，以外币进行支付。申请买卖价格的升降单位为5分。每日开盘后申报的价格，须以该股票最近一次申报价格或成交价格为基准，并以延续2个升降单位为限。
