Through blending different base oils and VIIs,the field test of self-developed CF-4(15W/40) diesel engine oils for over 20,000 km was carried out with Volvo and Mercedes-Benz heavy-duty trucks in order to investigate the effect of degradation of engine oils on its performance.
选用沃尔沃、奔驰重负荷卡车对自主研发的CF-4 15W/40分别选用不同基础油、不同粘度指数改进剂进行2万km的实车使用试验,考察了油品衰变过程对发动机油使用性能的影响,重点讨论了乙丙共聚物OCP和氢化苯乙烯异戊二烯HSD的综合性能,得出CF-4油采用不同基础油、不同粘度指数改进剂在行车试验中变化趋势大致相同;半结晶OCP在较低温度下产生胶冻,在用油低温性能泵送性差,易造成供油不足导致早期磨损。

使用中国石油润滑油研究开发中心开发的RHY3131柴油机油复合剂和Ⅰ类基础油研制CF-415W/40柴油机油,通过了Caterpillar1K、MackT-8A、MackT-9、L-38、CBT台架试验,质量符合Q/SYRH2011-2003CF-4柴油机油规格要求,经过在4种机型16台车上的行车试验证明:该油使用性能良好,与国外同类产品相当。
