惯性约束聚变 inertially confined fusion 实现受控热核聚变的途径之一。它依靠激光束加热氘氚靶丸,由于粒子的惯性,在尚未严重飞散之前完成适度的热核聚变。激光技术的发展为实现受控热核聚变提拱了条件 ,现代激光技术能产生聚焦良好的能量巨大的脉冲光束。采用多路高强脉冲激光对称地集射到球形氘氚靶丸上使之加热 ,表面消融为高温等离子体,高速喷射出来产生强大的反冲力,挤压靶芯,使之温度和密度急骤升高而发生聚变。除了采用激光束外,也可采用电子束或离子束。 |
