Based on MOCVD epitaxy technique using n-doped AlGaAs/GaAs and AlGaAs/InGaAs multiple quantum well material,the different structures for mid-wavelength and long-wavelength two-color quantum well infrared photodetectors(QWIPs) were designed and fabricated with the mature process of GaAs ICs.
采用n型掺杂的AlGaAs/GaAs和AlGaAs/InGaA多量子阱材料,基于MOCVD外延生长技术,利用成熟的GaAs集成电路加工工艺,设计并制作了不同结构的中波-长波双色量子阱红外探测器(QWIP)器件,器件采用正面入射二维光栅耦合,光栅周期设计为4μm,宽度2μm;对制作的500μm×500μm大面积双色QWIP单元器件暗电流、响应光谱、探测率进行了测试和分析。

炒双色鳝片
1、黄鳝适量，洗净切片（黄鳝身上滑滑的东西，用盐水洗，好似洗得干净）
2、青椒，红椒每样一至两只，切片，用水灼熟，晾干水备用。、
3、油锅爆香姜片，倒入鳝片，炒至八成熟。
4、调至慢火，倒入青红椒，倒入芡汁（糖，盐，酱油，生粉和适量水调成）
5、调回大火，炒至鳝片全熟即可吃用黄蟮好象有旺血之功用，这样炒黄鳝，卖相非常的好看，
而且黄鳝片很嫩滑，味很鲜。非常的好下饭，想有少少辣的话，在选辣椒时就选辣的那种，反之
就选不辣的那种。
