1.森兰水泵用变频调速器性能简介 （1）BT12S系列变频调速器
森兰BT12S系列变频调速器，是公司为风机、泵类机械而设计的专用数字式变频器，除具有通用变频器功能外，还有变频泵循环、变频泵固定两种方式的定时轮换功能（接入继电器扩展板即可实现，详见使用说明书）。
变频器内设PI调节器，备有两种传感器反馈信号输入端子VPF（电压信号）和IPF（电流信号），还有消防运转信号端子FA、高水位信号端子LA2和低水位端子LA1，以及压力上下限报警输出端子30PA、30PB和30PC。
BT12S系列变频器具有独特的睡眠值和苏醒值的设定（参数F66及F67）。当供水系统有两台或两台以上水泵时，可根据用户要求设定适当的睡眠值和苏醒值。当压力低于睡眠值时小泵工作；当压力低于苏醒值时主泵工作；相反，当压力高于苏醒值时，主泵停止工作，小泵工作；当压力高于睡眠值时，小泵也停止工作，进入睡眠状态。
森兰BT12S系列变频器当然也可以作为通用变频调速器使用。
（2）SB60P及SB61P系列变频调速器
这两种森兰变频器电路结构相同，只是容量范围不同。都是采用数字处理器DSP的矢量控制式变频器，性能更好。变频器内设PID调节器，也可外接扩展板进行多泵循环运转。
2．风机水泵用变频调速器控制方案
风机水泵用变频器的控制方法有多种，可根据具体情况选用。下面介绍几种常用的方案。
（1）手动调节
这是一种最简单的控制方法，即操作人员根据仪表指示，手动调节变频器的频率以改变风量或流量，满足生产要求。这种方法适合于任何型式的变频器，常用于老设备的技术改造。FWD为正转信号输入端，CM为输入信号的公共端，SB为转换开关。当SB闭合时，电动机M正向起动；SB断开时，电动机便停止。保留原设备的起动装置，将档板、阀门完全开放，平时令KM1、KM3接通，采用变频器传动。如果变频器发生故障或需要检修，则断开KM3，令KM2接通，采用原设备起动装置和挡板阀门进行运转。为了确保安全，KM2和KM3两个接触器要互相联锁（包括电气、机械两种联锁）。
（2）变频调速器的双位控制
这种方法简单、可靠、容易掌握，精度也基本能满足要求，广泛用于许多要求不高的场会。
