补充资料：茶碗蒸蛋
材料：蛋3个，香菇2朵，火腿末1汤匙，鱼板6片，虾仁6只，温高汤3杯。
调味：麻油1／4茶匙，糖1／2茶匙，盐适量，葱末1汤匙。
做法：
1、虾仁洗净去肠，加少许酒搅拌，香菇泡软，去蒂，切片。
2、蛋打散，加高汤 及调味料拌匀，分别倒入6个茶碗中，每碗再摆入虾仁、香菇、鱼板、火腿末（装约8 分满），以铝箔纸盖至碗的1／3处（铝箔可阻挡部分微波，以减少蛋表面产生气泡）
3、将茶碗排列于玻璃盘中，取适当间隔排成环状，中火15分钟，稍焖几分钟再掀开。
注：1茶匙约5亳升；1汤匙约15亳升；1杯为236亳升。
