For 4-high plate rolling mill,the influence of slab wedge,temperature uniformity along width direction,rigidity difference,side-guide alignment,roll profile,APC(automatic position control) and AGC(automatic gauge control) on plate camber was analyzed.
基于4辊中厚板轧机,分析了坯料楔形、温度分布不均匀、轧机两侧刚度存在差异、推床对中不正、轧辊辊形和APC及AGC方式对中厚板侧弯的影响,得知温度分布不均匀、推床对中不正和轧辊辊形对侧弯影响较大,是今后控制侧弯的重要因素。

在板坯两侧存在温度差的条件下,采用平立辊和孔型立辊轧边后板坯形成的狗骨坯形状是不同的,在其后的四辊轧机中轧制时产生的侧弯也不同·采用有限元对不同板坯两侧温度差的孔型立辊轧制过程进行了模拟和分析,得到了板坯狗骨形状的数学模型·并以此为基础,采用影响函数法对随后的四辊轧机轧制过程中的侧弯进行了解析计算,得到了不同板厚沿宽度方向的分布规律及在距轧机50m处的侧弯量·结果表明孔型立辊轧制后又经水平辊轧制的板坯侧弯量明显比平立辊时为小·所得结果对板坯粗轧过程侧弯的控制具有一定的指导意义

With respect of slab lateral cambering of hot rolling sizing press(SP),the analysis shows it is the temperature difference on both sides of the slab that causes different resistance in metal's plastic deformation,which makes metal deform at different speeds.
针对热轧SP定宽轧制的板形侧弯问题,经分析指出:板坯两侧温差造成金属塑性变形抗力大小不相等,从而使金属变形速度不同,变形速度快则相同时间内移动的金属量多,最终使变形快的一侧向变形慢的一侧弯曲是板形侧弯的形成机理。

lateral curvature reflex
一种神经发育反射。检查方法是：医生用一手托住婴儿侧腰部，另一手在一侧背部沿脊柱旁划动。正常反应是躯干向刺激侧弯曲。注意两侧是否对称。此反射于出生后即存在，以后逐渐减弱，3个月消失。3个月以后持续存在说明有脑损伤。
