性质:即机械搅拌浸取槽的简称,分为单桨搅拌和多桨搅拌两种。槽体为圆柱形,槽底为圆球形或平底。中央设有循环筒,搅拌器装在循环筒下部。槽体通常用碳钢内衬耐酸砖制成。搅拌器有桨式、螺旋桨式、锚式和滑轮式等形式,最常用螺旋桨式。搅拌桨叶轮一般由碳钢衬胶制作。通常将螺旋桨搅拌器的直径取为槽体直径的0.25~0.30。
