山药饼
特点：色泽金黄，口感香糯。
备料时间：5分钟
烹调时间：20分钟
原料:鸡皮糙山药。
调料:糯米粉、澄面(超市有售)、面包糠、淀粉、鸡蛋。
做法：
1.山药去皮洗净上锅蒸12分钟，取出压成山药泥。
2.澄面用热水烫熟，鸡蛋打成蛋液。
3.山药泥中加入澄面、糯米粉和成面团，然后分别做成圆形小饼状。
4.将山药饼依次蘸干面粉、鸡蛋液，最外层裹上面包糠，放入油锅中炸至金黄色即可。

山药是传统用的一味药料，中医认为山药性温味甘，入肺脾、肾经，有补中益气、补脾胃，长肌肉，止泻、健脾、固精、益肺的功效。
山药饼色泽金黄，表皮焦脆酥香，肉质细嫩酸甜，开胃健脾。
