Taken the purity and recovery rate as object, three different self-designed separating and purifying processes used to obtain ω-cyanoundecanoic acid (11-CUA) from the oil and water mixture produced from the 1,1’-peroxydicyclohexylamine (PXA) pyrolysis were compared, and the most suitable one of them was chosen.

On the basis of setting up the mathmatics model for cursorily estimating the optimum cooling curve of batch crystallization of solution and determining the metastable zone of ω-cyanoundecanoic acid (11-CUA) in cyclohexan, batch crystallization of 11-CUA in cyclohexane was studied.
在建立起粗略估算溶液间歇结晶最佳冷却曲线的数学模型和测定ω-腈基十一酸(11-CUA)在环己烷中的结晶介稳区的基础上,对11-CUA在环己烷中的间歇结晶进行了研究,对比实验的结果表明:采用外加晶种按最佳冷却曲线进行控温冷却结晶的方式得到的晶浆与晶体其粒度分布明显比急速冷却结晶和自然冷却结晶方式所得晶浆和晶体好,晶浆过滤阻力小,结晶操作曲线落在介稳区内;但晶浆的激光粒度分析和干燥晶体粒度筛分结果的对比证明晶粒在溶液中和干燥过程中存在着显著的聚结现象。

The process conditions of synthesizing ω-cyanoundecanoic acid, as an important intermediate of ω-aminododecanoic acid which is the monomer of nylon-12, by pyrolyzing 1,1 ,-peroxydicyclohexyl amine were studiedhere.
对利用1,1,-过氧化双环己胺经高温热解合成ω-腈基十一酸的工艺条件进行了研究,并得到了优化工艺条件,结果为:热解温度370~520℃;进料时,去离子水和1,1,-过氧化双环己胺溶液的比例5~3∶1。
