In the paper,the silicofluoride surfactant were synthesized by the homogeneous catalysis reaction from methyl hydro-silicone oil,1h,1h,2h-perfluoro heptyl methacrylate and allyl alcohol polyether,and the relation between the surface tension and the concentration of the surfactant has been investigated.
