The micro-mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 was synthesized using P123(PEO20PPO70PEO20) as template and tetraethoxysilanes(TEOS) as silica source by hydryothermal method,and the effects of the concentration of template,reaction temperature,ion directing agent and co-solvent(N,N-dimethylformamide,DMF) on micro-mesoporous molecular sieve SBA-15 were investigated.

尿毒症时体内某些代谢产物蓄积致成毒性症状。这些代谢产物按分子量大小分为三类:①小分子毒素:分子量小于500道尔顿。如尿素、肌酐及胍、胺、酚 类物质;②中分子毒素:分子量在500~5000道尔顿,如甲状旁腺素等激素,某些多肽及细胞碎裂产物;③大分子毒素:分子量大于5000道尔顿。尿毒症时中分子毒素的致病作用已越来越受重视,现知它与尿毒症贫血、免疫缺损、糖耐量减低及神经病变等密切相关。设计透析治疗时必须充分考虑到清除中分子毒素的能力。
