制备方法:由邻溴苄基溴与二甲胺反应得到。将邻溴苄基溴及二甲胺溶液加热到80-90℃,压力约0.2MPa。在此条件下反应8-10h,尾气用水吸收,反应物冷至定温,静置分层,将下层油状物减压蒸馏,收集108-112℃(2.67kPa)馏分,得含量90%的邻溴二甲苄胺。

用途:药物中间体。
