【性状】
本品为黄色或淡橙色的结晶性粉末。 本品在乙醇或氯仿中微溶，在水中几乎不溶。
【鉴别】
(1) 取本品，加酸性异丙醇溶液（取0.1mol/L盐酸溶液1ml ，加异丙醇 至1000ml），制成每1ml 中含4μg的溶液，照分光光度法（附录Ⅳ A）测定，在352nm 的波长处有最大吸收。 (2) 本品的红外光吸收图谱应与对照的图谱（光谱集445 图）一致。
【检查】
干燥失重 取本品，在105 ℃干燥3 小时，减失重量不得过0.5 ％（附 录Ⅷ L）。 炽灼残渣 取本品1.0g，依法检查（附录Ⅷ N），遗留残渣不得过0.1 ％。 重金属 取炽灼残渣项下遗留的残渣，依法检查（附录Ⅷ H第二法），含重金属不 得过百分之二十。 异维Ａ酸 避光操作。取异维Ａ酸对照品适量，精密称定，加二氯甲烷5ml 使溶解， 用异辛烷制成每1ml 中含12.5μg 的溶液，作为对照品溶液。另取本品适量，精密称定， 加二氯甲烷5ml 使溶解，用异辛烷制成每1ml 中含250μg的溶液作为供试品溶液。取上 述溶液，照高效液相色谱法（附录Ⅴ D）测定，用5μm硅胶为填充剂；异辛烷－异丙醇 －冰醋酸(99.65:0.25:0.1)为流动相；检测波长为352mn 。理论板数按异维Ａ酸计算应 不低于1000，异维Ａ酸和维Ａ酸峰的分离度应大于1.0 ，供试品中异维Ａ酸的含量不得 过5.0 ％。
【含量测定】
取本品约0.24g ，精密称定，加二甲基甲酰胺50ml溶解后，加麝香 草酚蓝的二甲基甲酰胺溶液(1→100)3 滴，用甲醇钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)滴定至溶液显绿 色，并将滴定的结果用空白试验校正。每1ml甲醇钠滴定液(0.1mol/L)相当于30.04mg的 C20H28O2。
