The low maturation coal sampled in Shenshan Coal Mine, as the immature sample of the Benxi formation in Carboniferous, Ordos basin, has been pyrolyzed under three different conditions in semi-open system to identify the major gas source rock of the natural gas in upper Ordovician weathered crust.
