烹制方法：
1、羊肉中加入盐、酱油、料酒、葱姜末、胡椒粉、香油腌制10分钟备用；
2、将腌制好的羊肉裹一层面粉再沾匀鸡蛋入锅中炸，炸至变色后取出控油；
3、锅中留底油，下葱姜末、洋葱、青红椒爆香，加入料酒、鸡精、盐、胡椒粉，少许水，放入羊肉翻炒均匀，淋香油出锅浇在豆苗上即可。
