性质:在催化反应器中,利用电热丝加热以点燃催化剂层,称为催化点火。如在乙醇氧化制乙醛时,为使电解银催化剂升温至550~630℃开始反应所进行的点火处理。点火圈安装在催化剂上表面约3~5cm处,点火时,电热丝因通电发红,进入反应器的原料气在电热丝上不完全燃烧产生蓝色火苗,逐渐使催化剂均匀受热,加热到一定温度后,原料气直接在催化剂上反应,此时可切断电热丝电源,催化层已被点燃。
