性质:又称水蒸气透过量或透湿量。塑料薄膜或片材两侧存在水蒸气压力差时,在一定温度下透过的水蒸气量以g/(m2·24h)表示。用杯式法测量。装好试样的透湿杯放在一定条件的环境中,如相对湿度为90%±2%,温度28℃,进行水汽透过。杯中有干燥剂,可以认为水蒸气压力为零。经过一定时间,干燥剂吸收透过的水蒸气而增重,根据增重的量,水蒸气透过率WVT=24×△m/A·△t,式中△m是T时间内的质量增重,g;△t是质量增量稳定后,两次测重间隔时间,h;A是试样透过水蒸气面积,m2。
