It is reported that the isolation of four compounds,taxol(Ⅰ),2′-acetoxy-7-epi-taxol(Ⅱ),(3E,7E)-2α,10β,13α-triacetoxy-5α,20-dihydroxy-3,8-secotaxa-3,7,11-trien-9-one(Ⅲ),and 7-epi-Taxol(Ⅳ) from Taxus chinensis var.
采用溶剂萃取及多种色谱技术分离纯化,从人工栽培南方红豆杉中分离得到紫杉醇(Ⅰ)、2′-乙酰氧基-7-表-紫杉醇(Ⅱ)、(3E,7E)-2,α10,β13α-三乙酰基-5,α20-二羟基-3,8-断紫杉烷-3,7,11-三烯-9-酮(Ⅲ)和7-表-紫杉醇(Ⅳ),其中化合物(Ⅱ)首次从南方红豆杉分离得到。
