shu一lun fad一onJ一zhengfo lengque水轮发电机燕发冷却(evaporation cooling ofhydrgenerator)将液态介质通人水轮发电机导体内部进行燕发冷却的方式。蒸发冷却的特点是:①由于冷却介质燕发时的导热能力比空气和水高几倍多，因此在相同条件下，采用燕发冷却可以减小机组尺寸，减轻机组重t。②燕发t随负荷大小变化，具有明显的自调节能力，绕组温度分布均匀，延长了绝缘寿命。③充分利用冷却介质在液态及气态条件下的重力差或离心力(前者适用定子，后者适用于转子)作为循环动力，实现了自循环冷却过程。④冷却介质具有良好的绝缘性能和化学惰性，还具有不嫩、不爆、稳定、无毒、无腐蚀、气化温度低等优点. 液态冷却介质从位于上机架附近的冷凝器引出，由定子绕组底部进人导体内部，吸热后气化产生气泡，形成掖、气两相混合的流体，其比重小于未气化液体的比重，故在流动压头作用下沿导体向上流动，从定子绕组顶端引出至冷凝器，经二次冷却水冷凝为液体循环使用.对于转子，由于存在离心力的作用，使自循环冷却效果更为显著。 世界各国进行燕发冷却研究始于20世纪60年代初期，前苏联、日本、美国、英国不断发表有关研究成果的文献。中国开展燕发冷却研究始于1958年，1983年投运了两台n.8 MV·A定子绕组燕发冷却水轮发电机，1991年投运了1台60 MV·A定子绕组蒸发冷却水轮发电机，单机容t为444 MV·A大容量定子绕组燕发冷却水轮发电机已于1999年在李家峡电站投人运行。
