试验以黄伞的优良菌株黄伞1号为研究材料,对该菌株菌种的母种和原种菌丝生长动态进行了显微观察,试验结果表明:(1)黄伞优良菌株的菌丝长速快而均匀,粗壮紧密,并伴有少量气生菌丝,成熟时其易倒伏、断裂产生分生孢子和褐色的分泌物;菌丝颜色由白色转变成深黄色;(2)分生孢子在菌丝萌发初期对菌丝的复壮有促进作用,但在栽培后期会抑制黄伞子实体的再分化。
