原料: 原 料:
鲜苜蓿300克,豆腐皮150克,蒜茸20克,精盐3克,味精2克,黄酒5克,白醋10克,麻油10克。
制法: (1)苜蓿摘洗干净,入沸水锅中焯熟,捞出沥水,码放入盘中。
(2)豆腐皮洗净,入沸水锅中焯透,捞出沥水,放入苜蓿上。
(3)蒜茸,精盐,味精,黄酒,白醋置碗里搅匀,浇于苜蓿豆皮上,淋上麻油,食用时拌匀即成。
特点: 双色相对,质地嫩爽,咸鲜酸香,益气补血。
