在分析蜂窝状表面微坑低频振动冲击加工原理的基础上,研究了低频振动冲击在缸套内表面形成分布规律和结构参数可控的微坑加工方法,提出了利用位置敏感器件(PSD)为核心构成在线二点法的刀杠位移检测系统,并将检测出来的实际参数传递给计算机,计算出刀杆位移的修正位置和修正余量,由伺服电机驱动刀具对表面微坑进行低频振动加工。

麻子坑 端砚名坑之一。清代乾隆年间开采,据传为一个脸上有麻子的陈姓采石工所发现,故名。麻子坑砚石在端砚名坑中,仅次子水岩砚石,可与坑仔岩砚石相媲美。麻子坑砚石为泥质砂质绢云母板岩,为变余泥质、隐晶质结构,平行构造。物质成分为泥质、绢云母与硅质三者胶结而成,并含有少量的氢氧化铁、石英、绿泥石等。麻子坑砚石质地坚实、幼嫩、细腻。石品花式有鱼脑冻、青花、蕉叶白、火捺等。石眼较多,有名贵的鸲鹆眼、鹦哥眼、凤眼等,可作为高档雕花砚石。
