胚胎发育(emb叮onic development)从受精卯内的合子或未受精卵的卵核分裂开始至发育为幼虫为止的过程。蜜蜂在此发育阶段约持续三天时间,未受精卵发育成单倍体雄蜂幼虫。 发育过租从卵裂到背合的全过程如下: 卵裂和胚盘的形成无论受精与否,卵一经产出即开始发育。合子或卵核先进行一次分裂,随后其子核再进行一系列分裂,形成大量小核—卵裂核。卵裂核.连带其周围的少量细胞质,起初充满于整个卵黄之中.随后卵裂核外移到周质中,紧贴在卵黄膜的内侧形成一层完整的细胞层,即胚盘。蜜蜂的卵从卵裂到胚盘形成需20一30小时。胚带和羊膜的形成胚盘四周最初是均匀加厚的,但不久在卵凸起的一侧(将成为胚胎腹面的部分)的细胞很快增多,胚盘明显加厚,形成胚带,这是胚胎的原基。与此同时,卵的另一侧(背面)的胚盘退化成极薄的细胞层。胚带经卵的两侧向上扩展,背部胚盘进一步退化为一狭的背带。但在背带和胚带之间保留小段胚盘细胞,这些细胞与背带和胚带都不相同,是羊膜细胞。蜜蜂的胚膜与多数昆虫不同,仅有一层羊膜。羊膜形成过程是,首先羊膜细胞带变宽,左右两条带向上增长包围背带(此带最后融人卵黄之中),并在背中线相接形成一完整的细胞层。与此同时,卵两端的羊膜带的下缘与胚带分开并向下增长从外部包围胚带,这个过程从两端逐渐向中央发展,直到两个风帽状膜连接在一起形成一完整的囊状结构。与此同时背部羊膜也和卵黄分开,胚胎被包围在完整的羊膜之中。 胚层的形成胚带出现两条纵沟,将其分成三个部分:两侧片和一中片。随后中片与侧片分离陷人卵黄之中;同时,两侧片的下端相向增长,直至相接,将中片完全包围在内。外层(侧片)为外胚层,内层(中片)为中胚层。当中片内陷时,胚带两端各形成一群细胞,凸人卵黄之中,分别称为前、后中肠韧,内胚层由此形成。(见图)哪气翱嗽于,扮夔乎,粼龟幸卿扩作潺盼 (C)必魏孽 (d)犷丫耳习岛姗矿‘ 蜜蜂胚胎发育过程(左为纵切面;右为横切面) (a)受精卵;(b)卵裂;(e)胚盘形成:(d)胚带形成, (e)胚层形成‘“)消化道、羊膜开始发育,(砂内部系统 基本完成;(句成熟的胚胎(仿51傲xlgrass) 胚体分节及附肢形成当中胚层即将形成时,胚体开始分节。分节最初从头端开始,逐渐向后发展,共分18胚节。第1节为头叶,最宽大;第2一4节为口节,第5一7节为胸节;其后的11节即第8一18节分别为第1一10腹节及尾节。
