性质:橡胶制品硫化程度的深浅可用硫化效应来表示,硫化效应相等即等效硫化。即E=Iτ。式中,E为硫化效应;I为硫化强度;τ为硫化时间。硫化强度是胶料在某温度下,单位时间内达到的硫化程度,即I=K(t-t0)/10;式中,K为硫化温度系数(一般取K=2);t为硫化温度;t0规定硫化效应用的温度(取t0=100℃)。因此E=K(t-100)/10·τ。等效硫化即如上式,在硫化温度与硫化时间互为因数关系下,可以得到等效硫化程度。
