Diospyros kaki;persimon

   柿科柿属的通称。为高大落叶乔木。原产中国,有2000多年的栽培历史。中国北自辽宁,南至广东均有栽培。柿在日本为主要果树和观赏植物之一。柿树皮浅灰色成片状剥落。叶片椭圆形至倒卵形,叶面光亮无毛。背面有短柔毛。花冠乳白至深黄色,浆果黄色至橘红色。果形有卵球型、圆球型、扁圆型、圆锥型、方型等。中国柿属约有60种、800多个品种。根据在树上软熟前能否自然脱涩分为涩柿和甜柿两大类。主要有磨盘柿、镜面柿、水晶柿、扁花柿、恭城水柿等。性喜温暖和阳光充足环境。对土壤要求不严,以土层深厚而保水较好的土壤为宜。生产上都用嫁接繁殖。果实采收后须经人工脱涩才能食用。脱涩
