性质:一般合成的钠型沸石没有催化活性,但通过离子交换,用多价金属离子或氢离子取代其中钠离子后即具有催化活性,所用离子交换剂为稀土金属离子交换剂(一般采用混合型氯化稀土溶液)或铵离子(NH4OH或(NH4)2SO4)与稀土金属离子复合离子交换剂。这种经过离子交换的Y型沸石通称为REY型或REHY型微球状沸石催化裂化催化剂。其催化活性、选择性、稳定性和抗金属性均优于无定形硅酸铝催化裂化催化剂。所用载体多为半合成型或全合成型,制出的催化剂分别称为半合成沸石催化裂化催化剂和全合成型沸石催化裂化催化剂。用于各种催化裂化装置中。
