| 电阻器 resistor 电路中用于限制电流、消耗能量和产生热量的电器元件。电阻器在电路中常被用作：①起动电阻。限制电动机的起动电流。起动过程结束，起动电阻即被短接。②制动电阻。限制制动电流和吸收电动机脱开电网后残留的能量，以达到制动的目的。③调节电阻。用于电动机的速度及电压调节，在电路中处于长期工作状态。④经济电阻。串接于电磁开关励磁线圈电路中，以降低线圈功率损耗。⑤放电电阻。并联于励磁线圈，在分断线圈电源时，励磁线圈储存的电磁能量可以电流形式通过放电电阻并转变为热能，从而避免产生有害的过电压。⑥能耗电阻。当电力网络短路时，立即将能耗电阻与发电机相并联，可提高电力系统的稳定性。
电阻材料分金属、液体及非金属固体材料 3种。常用的金属电阻材料有铜镍合金、铜锰合金、镍铬合金、镍铬铁合金、铁铬铝合金和灰铸铁等。液体电阻一般以苏打溶液或盐水作为导电媒质。非金属固体电阻多用碳作为导电媒质。 |
