Pyrus;pear

   蔷薇科苹果亚科梨属的通称。落叶乔木或灌木。温带果树。全世界约有30余种,中国梨资源居世界之首,已定名的有13种,其中栽培最多的为白梨、沙梨、秋子梨和新疆梨,川梨、褐梨、杏叶梨也有少数栽培品种。原产欧洲的洋梨19世纪后引入中国。梨植株高达10~20米。各个种的种间杂交容易。经长期演化,形成不同的生态种群。如东方梨群和西方梨群。梨根在土温5~7℃时开始生长,20~30℃最适宜。多数品种以短果枝结果为主。多数砧木树种有较强的耐涝力。适应pH5.8~8.5、含盐总量不超过0.3%的土壤,较耐瘠薄。梨主要用嫁接繁殖。自花结实率很低,需配授粉树。整枝常采用多主枝自然圆头形和疏散分层形。常见病害为梨黑星病、梨黑斑病。虫害有梨小食心虫、梨大食心虫、梨蚜、梨木虱等。梨除鲜食外可加工成酒、膏、干脯和罐头等。
