The influence of original interference,length of fit,diameter of fit and the centrifugal force on the contact performance such as equivalent stress,radial displacement and contact pressure of the matching of lengthened shrink-fit holder and cutting tool are analyzed by nonlinear finite element technology under the condition of high rotation speed.
结果表明刀杆对刀具的稳定、可靠、高精度夹持取决于合理的过盈量与配合长度;在主轴转速低于20000 r/m in时,因热缩加长刀杆与其实现过盈配合的刀具的直径都比较小,接触特性主要取决于初始基本过盈量;而当主轴转速高于20000 r/m in时,应充分考虑到离心力对刀杆与刀具过盈配合的削弱作用。

The adsorption and thermal condensation performance of(L-α-glutamic) acid on alumina were investigated by thermogravimetry/differential thermal analysis,X-ray diffraction,and diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy.
