According to the different existing manner of p-hydroxy phenylethanol (Ⅰ) and 3,4-dihydroxy phenylethanol (Ⅱ) in the bark of syringa oblata lindl,in order to determine the contents of the compounds (Ⅰ) and (Ⅱ) in syringa oblata lindl bark in spring and summer respectively,three ex- traction methods were adopted,such as dilute acid-alcohol,dilute base-alcohol and alcohol.
依据紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇存在方式的不同,采用稀酸-乙醇、稀碱-乙醇和乙醇三种提取方法,研究了春季和夏季采集的紫丁香树皮中对羟基苯乙醇(1)和3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(Ⅱ)的含量。
