性质:又称紫丁香甙,祖师麻丙素,救必应乙素,救必应甙甲,无加甙B,紫丁香素含一结晶水物,无色针状结晶(水),熔点192℃;旋光度-8.2°(c=2.43,氯仿),旋光度-16°(c=1,水),旋光度-17.25°(水),微溶于冷水,稍溶于丙酮,溶于热水、甲醇、乙醇;几乎不溶于乙醚、苯、氯仿。存在于木犀科植物欧丁香(Syringa vulgaris L.)树皮,女贞(Ligustrum lucidum Air.)树皮,五加科植物刺王加(Acanthopanax gracilistylus W. W. Smith )根等中。有止血作用。
